2. Nature of the Project

Vincent’s Pokémon Trade-Up Journey is a privately operated charitable initiative founded to fund accessibility, mobility, and quality-of-life improvements for Vincent Hogan-Bates, a 14-year-old living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
This project is not a registered charity or nonprofit organization at this time. All activities, including card trades, community engagement, and donations, are conducted transparently and documented for accountability.

3. Donations and Contributions

All monetary donations or in-kind contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are not tax-deductible and no charitable receipts will be issued.
Funds and items received are applied directly toward the mission’s stated goals, including accessibility upgrades, equipment, and related expenses.

4. Trades and Transactions

All trades conducted through the Vincent’s Pokémon Trade-Up Journey project are made in good faith and at fair estimated market value at the time of trade.
We do not guarantee future card values or investment outcomes. By engaging in a trade, both parties acknowledge mutual consent and understanding of the trade details.
This website and its operators are not liable for third-party trades, external offers, or any losses related to independent trading activity.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Vincent’s Pokémon Trade-Up Journey unless otherwise noted.
 

Pokémon and related intellectual property — including Pokémon names, characters, images, and trademarks — are the property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. Their use on this site is for educational, informational, and community purposes only, consistent with fair use.
